About Me
My name is Natalie Mazzolini, a Los Angeles–based experimental mixed media artist exploring the unseen landscapes of emotion and transformation. Inspired by personal experiences, mental health, nature, and the cultures that surround me, I use texture, symbolism, and unconventional materials to create work that is both deeply personal and universally relatable. Each piece is an invitation to reflect, question, and discover beauty within the complexities of the human experience.
My Medium
I use many different mediums, such as clay, acrylics, slime, and more. I experiments with my artistic process and each idea manifests in its own individual style.
Inspiration
As an introvert, much of my inspiration comes from my internal experiences with mental health, anxiety, and depression. When emotions become overwhelming, art becomes a powerful outlet for expression, allowing me to transform invisible struggles into something tangible and meaningful.

Anticipation is an abstract, conceptual, and mixed media piece that explores the quiet moment after crossing the threshold of transformation. It represents the space between endings and beginnings—a place where the past has been released, but the future has yet to reveal itself. The contrast between the tangled forms and the radiant focal point reflects the tension of waiting, reminding us that rebirth is not only found in change itself, but in the patience and hope required to embrace what comes next.
